Purchased this silver metal second hand store. Marked Monet (c) could not find a picture of one with this particular design but close. The ones that were close were Vintage. This piece is not Vintage. 1990s and above.

It's Monet, not Monel. It is also not a vintage piece, as the clasp is a lobster clasp which has been used from 1990 until now. The tag, with Monet and then the copyright sign, is also from not earlier than the 1990s.

Ty Efesgirl, for this useful information. I will correct the spelling and change remove Vintage . You've also taught me that circled c , stands for copy right. I have so much to learn. I truly appreciate you.
