Rogers? Stainless spatula with logo and wood handle.

I picked this up at a yard sale last week and just got around to looking at it. it measures 12" from tip of plate to end of wood handle. It has a logo on it and I assume it's Rogers since it has the two lions faicing a box with an "R" in it. Anyone tell me anything about it? I
