Found this huge head in a thrift store. It weighs a ton. Could this be carved out of ironwood? I thought it was well carved.

I am surprised that there is no signature on it. It's quite something! Don't think it's Bob Marley, however.
Efesgirl, it is signed but I could not find anything. It also says north Island Jamaica 1983. I thought it could have been made as a tribute to Bob Marley after his death. I love the workmanship.
