Does anyone have information about the age or year it was made? Just found it I. My Mom's belongings but she has Alzheimer's so I can't get any information about it.

Look and see if there are any marks on the base of the neck.

Contemporary porcelain doll from 1980's 1990's . Sold as a collector doll not a toy. Looks like a Import . It's porcelain and painting not high quality . She would be special only because she belonged to your Mom and she must have bought it because she liked it . It may or may not be marked on back of neck by company that sold her :-)
