      It's a surveyors level, not much value but a nice display piece when cleaned up.... tens of thousands of these were made and kept nice to be used a long tiime due to the expense to the user, therfore there are still thousands of them out there in mint condition....clean it up, refinish the case and use it as a display item.....eye catcher..
