I just bought the above couch and cannot find any information on the origin or worth. It is completely original with violin/bird carvings and swan carvings on the side of the couch. It had been in a home for over 100 years.

I would love to know who the manufacturer or person was that built it. I have never seen anything quite like it.

I would appreciate any information. Thanks

Hello, I have the exact couch, which I bought from an antique store in 2008. I found this in trying to research mine, too. I also have a chair that matches with the same designs. If you ever find any information on our beauties please email me! I will do the same for you :)
