      Your bottle is exactly as you describe, A 1980 Coke bottle commemorating the Lake Placid Olympic Games.
      There are hundreds of commemorative bottles out there bottled by Coke, Pepsi RC Cola etc. Here in St. Louis we have them for the Arch, Grants Farm, Blues Hockey, Baseball Cardinals, Football Rams etc. etc.
      Value is minimal.
