its made of wood hand painted and giivvan on below a little man and women thay rotate left to right also its stands high 275 mill high 125mm wide.also on the back415 number a lttle red handle to turn the man and worm the rest of writting is forign so i under stand it any info wood be great

Without translating it, I bet it's a barometer. I've seen similar before, where when it is going to storm, the man goes out, and when it will be nice, the woman goes out. Sadly, they don't last very long. I've never seen one that still works.
