I collect this and can never find any! It's Mason's Ironstone. The pattern is "Vista" I have it in the red and also in brown and also other patterns like "bowbells" and "plantation colonial" which is a multicolored pattern.

It's from England. I am not sure of much else. I don't know the value but have seen it on Ebay for more than I would pay for it. Look it up several ways, "Mason's Ironstone" and "Masons Ironstone" and you may even get different results. I love this Vista pattern as it reminds me of toille fabric.
What is that covered piece on top of that stack of plates?
