(used to be a) small electric bench grinder

This apparently *used* to be a SPEED WAY bench grinder, made in Cicero, Illinois. Unfortunately the machine itself is long gone, so it is now just an empty cast metal case with a cool maker's label plate. Only about 5" high, 5" deep, and 9" wide -- and with that nice handle -- it must have been intended to be somewhat of a "portable" tool. If the rest of the machine was equal quality to its case, I'm kind of surprised that it would have been lost/discarded?!
