28 LB scale by The Computing Scale CO Of Dayton Ohio

This was one nice find.The Computing Scale CO Of Dayton Ohio end up becoming IBM today. I have not any scales that look like this one.I would to like find out more about this scale.I would like to know if i should restore,or keep it as is.
