These 2 items were picked up at thrift store. I can see the necklace says BISOU but the small brooch is a mystery. Any help?

The brooch or pin has been cleaned some. It was nearly black. I have not found any marks on it but the clasp looks to be old. The timeless beauty of it has me looking at it for hours. The necklace I think is just beautiful. So much detail! The only markings I have found on it is on the clasp. The lip shaped tag that reads, BISOU, BISOU. I would welcome any comments, questions or help.

The necklace is post-1990 - lobster clasp. BISOU is French for kiss/friendly kiss. BISOU BISOU is a costume jewelry company. I see their stuff listed on sites such as Poshmark. Can't tell you anything about the brooch, as I can't tell from the photos if it's silver plate or something else.
