Unusual old oriental vase?

Thank you for having a look. I don't understand why the photos are not vertical. Will try again.
I would like to know if this is antique. Possibly precise age or close. Origin and function. It has that Chinese export flow blue look to it though more detail than those mas produced pieces. Obviously, I am no expert. Just trying to give you some help in case the photo is not clear enough.
It has raised or ribbed lines that continue across the bottom. It has no glaze along the first half inch of the inside rim.
