'bullet' tie tack

Here's a nifty little tie pin, made from a lead (?) tipped copper bullet with brass pin, chain, and clasp. Probably scored from an estate sale somewheres, because it was just way too fun *not* to take home with me...?!! <lol> The bullet itself measures 1" long and 5/16" across, I don't know what 'caliber' that would make it. No marks on it that would identify either who made the bullet or who crafted it into jewelry.
