I obtained this through my Great GrandFather, he was a Officer of Pennsylvania which county, town I have no idea. What I'm wondering if anyone actually had any idea what year and if it has any worth? As I'm thinking of donating it along with a collection of his U.S. pins from when he was in the Army, as well when he served as a FireFighter. But if anyone could give me a idea if it has value or if I should simply donate it. I dont want to loose it, aa well as along with his other belongings.
