Hi I was wondering if anyone recognized this art glass signature, it looks to be a clear art glass bubble Vase. The first letter of the middle name looks to be H and the the date looks to be 10/03 but besides that I'm not having any luck finding the artist. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance :)
