I found this cookie jar on top of my cabinet all dusty and could not even tell what it was. I do know that this was my grandmother's cookie jar. On the bottom of the cookie jar it says Brush W-8 USA. I did some research myself and found out that this cookie jar was made before Brush merged with McCoy. I took it to an appraiser and it appraised for $450 high value.

I have one too!!! Mine has a little more color on it. I posted it today. Found this in the back of a closet in a house we moved into. I loved it so I have kept is stored for 14 years. I took it out and cleaned it up today only to find out that it is worth a little money.

I sold it to a person who restores old cookie jars because I wanted someone to take pride in it and not let it get broken.
