Hi yesterday my husband and I love to treasure hunting,we been going every weekend with this lady who always got new and old items for sale . always finding a treasure . yesterday this cuff was one off them treasure .way at the bottom of a barrel with in electronics. Ivsee this piece but at first it had been sprayed painting all bronzEe. Ends up after I cleans off paint the ball in chain is pure gold heavy very heavy.lettering gold ,I'm not sure silver ,brass don't know nothing about it . I so want to know history and value or any info will b appreciated thanks god bles
