I've contacted many Doll and Military collectors and Museums and they all say WOW! but no one knows who made this doll. It is very heavy for it's 33 inch tall size. It is either a soft rubber or latex. The clothes appear as official as my Marine Son's uniform. All made with the exact material as my Son's Dress Blues. The patches also look official and are for a Staff Sargent with an 8 year enlistment. The buttons are the EXACT ONES used on a Marines Cap. ANY INFO. would be greatly appreciated. Someone suggested a Sargent doll from the 80's, I forgot his name but this is WAY EARLIER as this doll screams 1950's. My guess is either a doll from a recruiting office or from a Military clothing store but being that the doll isn't marked at all, I have no way to know for sure.
