Bronze Cawa Candle Holder

I found this very cool CAWA candle holder but have been unable to find out any information as to where or when it might have been made and what CAWA stands for. It measures 2 3/8" at the 6-sided base and is 2 5/8" from bottom of base to top of point. It is marked on the bottom CAWA - BRONCE - ÆGTE -and what appears to be ODENSE but it is very hard to read. Any information as to maker and period of time it was made would be most appreciative. Thank you
