This painting is done C P Ryndal. I Read these comments on here I became A big fan of his. But this is all I know of him except I read he used witch hazel and turpentine to make his paintings look as though this was just painted. It looks like a print and someone thought the artist tried to paint over it to hide the print and make it look like a painting. But it was the turpentine and witch hazel.
