I found these old pins that appear to be military or something in an old house i am working at and I’m not sure what they are for! If anyone has a clue it would be awesome if you could let me know

Looks like pins that were award to a person that was in civil service for 10 years & 15 years. The 10 year pin was back in the 60's (I believe) and the 15 year pin has been the usual since 1970's.
