its a 1949 white tilt cab tank truck , its lock bank with key but we dont have the key, die cast metal collectors series # 13. stock # f950 1996 the ertl company inc. dyersville, iowa

I think it was in the 1980s that Texaco saw the success Hess has with its trucks, and contracted with Ertl to offer diecast planes and trucks, usually very interesting and offbeat castings like this.
