Well I can tell you how I got the dish and a few more items. I have found the other items on the internet except this dish. I lived in NW iowa as a boy we lived next to a old school and we had a water leak underground. The landlord started digging and hit the old well and in the well was everything u could imagine and most of all the dishes were boke but me and my father managed to rescue some that weren't and this dish was one of them. There are no maker marks on it so is hard to trace on how old it is or were it came from. It is blue to light blue with a frost color swirled to the outer edges it is 8 1/2 in. wide and 2 1/2 in. tall that is all i can tell you about it
