Tall heavy table lamp, plaster base and amber glass onion dome globe

I am trying to identify this lamp. I cannot find another lamp like this and have done a lot of research. I believe it is mid 60s. Large, onion dome shaped globe make out of a sort of crackle, amber glass with applied jewels between metal scroll work. Very heavy lamp. Base features cherubs or Puti surrounding a sort of urn.
