I had not heard of Cavalier chests before so checked online- there’s a huge amount of info/pictures/every sort of data, including how to determine date of mfg and even tips on restoration.
You may find more info than you care to even read there.

I did research online and wasn't able to locate this specific piece and it doesn't have any inventory numbers to search.
Did you turn the chest over to look on the bottom? I believe that’s where numbers would be stamped.
