I found this bag of old clay marbles at an antique fair in Ohio. Probably over paid. I think around $90. But they are really cool.

These are called "China". They were hand painted in various designs, sometimes glazed, sometimes not. From what I can see, yours are mostly geometric "banded", sometimes with crossing bands. This is one of the simpler designs, others include bulls-eye, flowers, etc. Some are complete scenes (and are expensive). I agree, they are really cool -- I like China marbles a lot!
