Tetley Bittermen UK ceramic ashtray

Here's a nice Tetley ashtray with the 'You Can't Beat 'em Join 'em' call to action branding from the 1970's. Slight wear on the printing but I don't think it detracts from the overall look of this great ashtray. Made by Wade pdm in the UK, it's a great addition to my collection.
