Westie in a yellow sweater with Japan stamped on the bottom foot but that's the only mark. Another figure my mom gave me and not sure where she got it.

Looks like the doggie that belongs to a Kreiss Scottish lady. I don't have her anymore, but when I found her originally I did some searching and found her attached to a dog just like that.
