1935 Philco bank with base. I found a newspaper ad from 1935 advertising this as a promo to get people to save 15 cents a day for a radio. I have not been able to find another similar one. I believe the base is original. Any help would be appreciated but especially in the area of value.

When shaken it doesn't make any sounds. Do you know the approx. value?
