    Found these lil guys in the bottom of a box of books I bought at an auction. I think they are part of a key chain, incase someone loses there keys they will be returned to them?

      Yes, these were sent out much like they send out address lables now, you were expeted to put a check in the mail back to them... we always did....

      I remember my folks having the little miniature license plates on their keychains. I never knew where they came from! Brings back memories! (Ours were California plates!)
