She has been painted by a hobbyist doll collector so not original I suspect this doll was made in a doll a making class . However she appear to be Paper Mache so without seeing the doll nude and without hat can't be sure they didn't repaint a old doll . The clothes are newer 1980's appx. and homemade . I do believe she is a doll made in doll making class from the photo's you provided .
