Can somebody tell me how old this lamp is? 80’s? 70’s? 60’s?

Hanging lamp purple and clear stained glass holds 4 bulbs and is rusted but no breaks or bends, it still works just want to know how old it is and what it would be worth I was thinking $30 but not even sure
