Hires Root Beer 4"x6" Card

I came across this Hires Root Beer 4"x6" card. It has the image of the girl on the front and the copyright date of 1889 on the bottom and the printers name "Gast Art Press N.Y. & S.L." Any info would be helpful. Thanks!
