Unless you have this professionally graded and authenticated you have about twenty nine cents. The issue you face is it worth the cost involved. You may find it is an error or you may find it is simply common damage to the raised area. Getting the opinion of a legitimate coin dealer would go a long way toward helping you decide if it is worth the expense of a formal authentication. Keep in mind the odds are against it being a super rare find.
