Made in 1980-90s to sell to doll collectors not as a toy. These were sold to look like Antique dolls when prices for antique dolls were very high . There were many many companies producing these types of porcelain dolls and all in different quality too some much better than others . The market for them has bottomed out and the market is flooded with them . Unless someone has her or one in box hard to say maker since there were many hundred doll companies and doll artists selling these porcelain dolls . She will make a cute display :-)
