I have this doll I’ve had for years, bought her a truck yard sale. Her arms, legs, and face are porcelain but her body is material. She does not have any markings anywhere on her or labels.

She appears to be a doll from maybe 1970s -80s . Hard to tell who she is without a marking\ on her .She is porcelain not translucent antique bisque . Synthetic hair so is more modern . Nice and if you love her just enjoy .She was made more as a collectible type doll vs a toy.
