Hello! Please help to ID this old doll.
Doll is big, more than 50cm, approx. 70cm.
I didn't find any marks on the doll or clothes.
Head is harder, probably celluloid or some ceramics, body paper mache, limbs hard plastic.
Please help to ID this doll.

Found one ID tag under the hair.
Looks like "3066/13."
