Knock off cabbage patch doll?

My sister found her at a thrift store the other day, thinking she was a Cabbage Patch doll. I'm not so sure... I don't remember any having red eyes with blue butterflies in them? Also, theres no Xavier Robert's tattoo on her butt. Her tag says Made in Taiwan? Other than those anomalies, her body seems pretty spot on, in terms of finger/toe/knee/elbow stitches. And her belly button looks legit. This one has me stumped, for sure.
