This watch was from my father and he died 10 years ago.

Well this watch belongs to my dad along time ago, my cuestion is what year was made of. Serial # 5329481, 17 Jewels, Springfield, 167. And if I can know the value of this watch. And where I can fix it I dont know what is wrong with it. I had this watch about 10 to 11 years and I did not knew they were fine watches.
