Crazy bubbles ??? Then on the front the mouth

Just want to see if any one has seen this on the back there is a like a rod coming out of the head and tiny little bubbles all over the words and the whole coin .on the front it looks likes brown stuff running from his mouth down is does not look like dirt so I'm not sure if it is a die error . Just seeing if anyone knows thanks . I feel stupid asking this but im.not sure about the errors stiff yet or it's just messed up thanks
