Neither is it for items that are for sale.
A quick Google Lensing of your first picture turned up a twin, right down to marks in the matting:

If this is the same painting, you'd do well to delete it from your post, along with any others that are for sale before the CW S&T staff does it for you.

The paintings are of a type mass produced in 'paintings factories' and sold to tourists for a few dollars.
