~~"Eat Toms Peanuts" ....Display Case~~

I bought this at a local Flea market this morning, Its a wooden snack display case, and from the amount of grease & grim that was on it (i.e. last pic), it must have been in the store next to the grill ! It has stamped on the back "Not to be sold property of Toms". (So Tom may be mad??) lol !! Also it has 2 holes in it where it could have been screwed to a wall. As you can see it cleaned up ok, and I will probably display it on my bar with my Toms glass jars. I figure it to be from the 50's....anybody remember seeing these then or earlier...or later???
