Jadite Base - Stacked Glass - Frosted Owl Lamp - Nightlight

Jadite Lamp base is 7 " X 4" X 1 - 1/4 " high marked with a florette on the underside ( 3rd Photo ) . Frosted Owl globe is similar to the battery operated Lamp from Pifco but is VERY different
( Larger Ears Different Feathers ) . Can't find a stacked glass lamp with the same components in dark blue but there is one on Ebay with the same components in clear glass from Manheim PA .
Plug is marked TMS & the Canadian Co. with these initials did NOT produce this lamp . Any guess as to who made it ?
