    Wooden tube like with plunger deivce. 1/2 top is open so you can see the plunger. Wood seems very old and is grooved or carved.

      There is also a metal insert or barrel like down the middle of the wooden tube.

      Not sure but this looks like it may be a duck call.

      I have looked at Duck calls, same type shape, but they seem solid. This has a stick like plunger that moves through it. Do call have these?
