Beautiful Porcelain Doll Mounted on Stand, Completely Clothed

I received this beautiful porcelain doll of a little boy 29 years ago as a gift. It is 17 inches in height...in perfectly pristine & clean condition.

Can any doll collector give me any information about this doll...the only info tagged is on the bottom of one of the shoes is: happy collection 5.

Would really appreciate any info you can provide and approximate value would also be very much appreciated.
