    This 1927 NYC Bd of Ed schoolbook reader measures approx. 6in. x 4in. Titled: A Tale of Two Cities, By Charles Dickens Copyright 1906 by the MacMillan Company and stamped by the NYC Board of Education on October 14, 1927. The hardcover is brown and embossed on the front left side with a flower pattern...above this pattern is a squared in stamp marked Dickens Tale of Two Cities. Hard to believe this book is 84 years old.
