    I found those characters ....they are in ceramic/ porcelain
    Around 3" tall.

    Are they from any vintage board game ( look like uncle rich) or maybe coming from some type of comics ?.....

      It looks to me like you have yourself a Barney Google figurine and a pal from his comic strip created by Billy De Beck. I would think they are dime store items from the 1930's .
