A Seth Thomas wall clock (grandmother wall clock?) Date unknown but I'm guessing 1890.

This is the Seth Thomas "Regulator No. 18", a very desirable wall regulator. It was made for a number of years, possibly the 1880s - 1920s. There may be a date code on the back of the case, with the year digits in reverse order and a letter for the month.
