This is wonderful piece of folk art of an Uncle Sam Figurine. It is hand carved and hand painted. Nothing is known about the artist but it is signed P. Dyer (or maybe P. Dyar) '91. The figure is about 15" tall and it doesn't appear too old but is well made. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone had any information about this collectible. I think it is from New England but I am not sure.
